Supresión de la Unidad de Desarrollo Industrial y Tecnológico y de la División Especial de Inversiones Extranjeras.- Suprímense la Unidad de Desarrollo Industrial y Tecnológico y la División Especial de Inversiones Extranjeras, con sus divisiones de Análisis de Inversiones Extranjeras y Promoción de Inversiones Extranjeras, las cuales se fusionan para crear la Unidad de Desarrollo Empresarial de que trata el artículo 14 de este Decreto.
