° El Gobierno, de acuerdo con la Comisión nombrará los investigadores especiales que fueren necesarios, quienes tendrán jurisdicción en todo el territorio nacional, y devengarán asignación igual a la de los Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial. Tales investigadores actuarán bajo la inmediata dependencia de la Comisión. Asimismo, el Gobierno podrá nombrar Fiscales Especiales para casos determinados, a solicitud de la Comisión.
