Artículo segundo. Exceptúase de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, la división material de fincas rurales ocasionadas por la realización de obras públicas o por su enajenación parcial, siempre que la parte enajenada se agregue a predios colindantes, y que tanto éstos como aquéllos queden con una extensión mínima de tres (3) hectáreas.
