De las invitaciones de gobiernos extranjeros. Las normas de este decreto se aplicarán sin perjuicio del permiso previsto en los artículos 129 y 189 ordinal 18 de la Constitución Política. Tratándose de estos eventos, al proyecto de acto de autorización se acompañará la correspondiente invitación con la discriminación de los gastos que serán sufragados.
