º. Cálculo del total de activos ponderados por riesgo. Para efectos de este decreto, las operaciones de las sociedades de capitalización, sean activos o contingencias, se computarán de acuerdo con su nivel de riesgo por un porcentaje de su valor de acuerdo con la clasificación en las categorías señaladas en los artículos 10 y 11. La suma de las cuantías resultantes de aplicar los porcentajes correspondientes al valor de sus activos y contingencias, constituirá el total de los activos ponderados por riesgo de una sociedad de capitalización.
