El Tribunal del Distrito Judicial de Neiva se compondrá de cuatro Magistrados, que conocerán por repartimiento de los negocios civiles y criminales, y tendrá para su servicio un Secretario, un Oficial Mayor, cuatro Escribientes y un Portero Escribiente. El personal del Tribunal devengará las mismas asignaciones de que hoy disfruta.
Créanse dos plazas más de Magistrados en el tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cartagena.
