Art. 81. Ningún Maestro de escuela podrá destinar parte del tiempo que debe emplear al servicio de ella, en funciones u oficios extraños. El Inspector local ó el provincial pueden permitir al Maestro el ejercicio de un arte ó profesión, siempre que con ello no se perjudique la escuela.
