º El artículo 91 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: "Artículo 91 . Procesamiento parcial fuera de la zona franca. Las empresas instaladas en zonas francas industriales podrán presentar solicitudes justificadas para efectuar fuera de la zona y en el resto del territorio aduanero nacional, parte del proceso industrial de sus productos, previa constitución de las garantías por el valor de los derechos de importación. El administrador de la aduana respectiva verificará las razones de estas solicitudes y, conjuntamente con el Gerente de la zona franca, podrá expedir las autorizaciones del caso, estableciendo el término que estime pertinente".
