Los guardadores que hayan recibido un menor para su cuidado y no cumplan las condiciones estipuladas en el respectivo documento serán privados de la pensión correspondiente y del derecho de hacerse cargo en adelante de otro menor pensionado por el Gobierno, y aquél les será retirado por el Estado, que proveerá a su educación de la manera que estime conveniente. Dichos guardadores serán además sancionados conforme a la ley penal pertinente.
