Art. 24. En las mortuorias en que no se practiquen inventarais dentro de un año de muerta la persona que haya dejado bienes en el Departamento, procederá el Juez del Circuito respectivo, con la intervención de los interesados, ya sea por denuncio dado ó por conocimiento propio, á formar, de oficio, en papel común, inventarios judiciales, para sólo el efecto de recaudar lo que se debe á las rentas de Beneficencia ó á otras.
