Al efectuar la codificación de que trata el numeral 3) del artículo anterior de esta Ley, el Gobierno adecuará los textos pertinentes para que los artículos o títulos que tratan de la Corte Electoral se ajusten a esta Ley en cuanto crea el Consejo Nacional Electoral en su lugar.
