º . Proyectos de vivienda saludable. Se consideran proyectos de vivienda saludable aquellos que se formulen para habilitar un conjunto de viviendas de interés social prioritario localizadas al interior del perímetro urbano que carecen total o parcialmente, entre otros, de baños, lavaderos, cocinas, redes hidráulicas y sanitarias o requieran mejorar sus fachadas, con el fin de garantizar las condiciones básicas de salud de los hogares que las habitan. El mismo oferente podrá presentar uno o varios proyectos de vivienda saludable, los cuales deben estar conformados de la siguiente manera:
