Destinase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000) para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, los cuales serán incluidos en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. Y si así no se hiciere, queda autorizado el Gobierno para abrir los créditos que sean necesarios.
