Gerente General. El Gerente General de la sociedad será agente del Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción; tiene la calidad de empleado público y a su cargo la administración de la sociedad. De acuerdo con las normas legales vigentes, ejerce la personería y representación legal de la sociedad y puede previa autorización de la Junta Directiva, delegar dicho ejercicio y representación o determinadas funciones en los subgerentes y directores de oficinas regionales.
