Incapacidades por violación a la ley o reglamentos. Los Agentes que adquieran incapacidades al realizar actos que impliquen violación a la ley, reglamentos, y órdenes superiores, no tendrán derecho al ascenso al grado de Cabo 2º ni al pago de indemnización alguna, al menos que se allegue el informativo correspondiente que los declare exentos de responsabilidad.
