Si un ingeniero que esté devolviendo sumas en la forma fijada en el artículo 12 de este Decreto, llegare a fallecer o a hacerse acreedor a sueldo de retiro, el Gerente deducirá del valor del seguro o de los sueldos de retiro, las sumas del caso para completar el reintegro.
