Faltas absolutas. Constituyen faltas absolutas de los representantes de las comunidades negras, las siguientes:

1.

Renuncia;

2.

Declaratoria de nulidad de la elección;

3.

Condena a pena privativa de la libertad;

4.

Interdicción judicial;

5.

Incapacidad física permanente;

6.

Inasistencia a dos reuniones consecutivas del Consejo Directivo sin justa causa;

7.

Muerte.
