Las entidades obligadas a efectuar la compensación, deberán presentar el día hábil siguiente a la última fecha límite establecida para el pago de las cotizaciones, una declaración sobre las cotizaciones efectivamente recaudadas hasta esa fecha y que corresponden al mes en curso.
