Adiciónase El Siguiente Parágrafo Al Artículo 2

Decreto 1875 de 2017 · por el cual se adiciona un Capítulo al Título 2 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2, se crea la Ventanilla Única Empresarial (VUE) y se adiciona un parágrafo al artículo 2.2.2.38.6.4 del Decreto 1074 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo.

Parágrafo

al artículo 2.2.2.38.6.4 del Decreto 1074 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo: “

Parágrafo

En el marco de la Ventanilla Única Empresarial (VUE), la creación de empresas podrá efectuarse a través de medios electrónicos, garantizando la integridad, autenticidad, confiabilidad y disponibilidad de la información, de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes. Las Cámaras de Comercio, realizarán los ajustes tecnológicos necesarios a más tardar al 30 de junio de 2018, para garantizar que los actos de constitución y matrícula de personas jurídicas y naturales puedan efectuarse por medios electrónicos”.
