Empresas de Economía solidaria . De conformidad con el artículo 75 de la Ley 79 de 1988, la autoridad competente estimulará la constitución de cooperativas que tengan por objeto la prestación del Servicio Público de Transporte Mixto, las cuales tendrán prelación en la asignación de servicios, cuando se encuentren en igualdad de condiciones con otras empresas interesadas.
