Del producto de los impuestos de que trata este Decreto se destinará en la presente vigencia presupuestal hasta la suma de dos millones de pesos ($2.000.000) para suscripción de capital de la Nación en el Instituto de Parcelaciones, Colonización y Defensa Forestal, y hasta la suma de dos millones de pesos ($2.000.000.00) la organización y funcionamiento del Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales.
