Se considera aeronave, para los efectos de este Código, todo aparato que maniobre en vuelo, capaz de desplazarse en el espacio y que sea apto para transportar personas o cosas.

Los aparatos que se sustentan y trasladan mediante el sistema denominado "colchón de aire", quedan excluidos de las disposiciones de este Libro.
