SUBSIDIO FAMILIAR. El subsidio familiar del personal a quien se aplica este Decreto, para efectos de topes, cuantías y procedimientos, se regirá por las disposiciones vigentes para los demás empleados y trabajadores de la Administración Pública Nacional y se pagará directamente por las Cajas de Compensación Familiar a las cuales se afilie la respectiva entidad.
