Ejecutoriada la providencia del Registrador del Estado Civil, éste le enviará copia a la Administración o a la Recaudación de Hacienda Nacional, para que proceda a hacer efectiva la multa y se abstenga de expedir el sancionado certificado de paz y salvo, hasta que se efectúe el pago de aquella.
