Los actos administrativos que establecen derechos antidumping o compensatorios, una vez en firme, podrán ser objeto de modificación parcial o total, de oficio o a petición de parte, iniciando una nueva actuación administrativa, a la que se aplicarán, en lo pertinente, los capítulos V y siguientes de este Decreto.
