La suspensión y la cancelación de la matrícula de un contador podrá hacerse de oficio o a petición de cualquier persona. Pero la solicitud de una y otra medida deberá ser jurada y acompañada de la prueba sumaria de los hechos imputados al contador sindicado de cualquiera de las causales de suspensión o de cancelación, según el caso.
