Los Oficiales que sean retirados del Ejército o llamados a calificar servicios, tendrán derecho al valor del pasaporte para ellos, y a los pasajes para sus familias desde el lugar donde se encontraban al ser retirados, hasta Bogotá. Cuando el Oficial, al ser retirado se encuentre en Bogotá, tendrá derecho al valor del pasaporte para él y a los pasajes para su familia desde esta ciudad hasta el lugar donde vaya efectivamente a residir, previa inscripción en el Departamento de Personal y certificación del Jefe del mismo.
