El Gobierno Nacional-Ministerio de Educación y los gobiernos seccionales y municipales prestarán el apoyo de los servicios administrativos a su alcance con el fin de garantizar el normal funcionamiento del Congreso Nacional de Política Educativa, de las Juntas Educativas Departamentales, Intendenciales y Comisariales y de las Juntas Educativas Municipales que se crean por la presente Ley.
