Decreto 989 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1211 de 1990, Estatuto del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares.

º Ingreso al cuerpo de inteligencia . Inicialmente integrarán el Cuerpo de Inteligencia del Ejército, a que se refiere el artículo 10 del Decreto 1211 de 1990, los Oficiales de grado Teniente a Coronel, inclusive y los Suboficiales desde el grado de Cabo Primero hasta Sargento Mayor que soliciten cambiar de arma antes del 31 de julio de 1992, por ofrecimiento del Comandante de dicha Fuerza.

Parágrafo

El número de Oficiales y Suboficiales del Cuerpo de Inteligencia se determinará por las necesidades de personal de las Unidades del Ejército.
