Los Alcaldes de Distritos o Municipios en donde se lleven a cabo competencias de fútbol profesional, conformarán, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 7° de la Ley 1270 de 2009, las Comisiones Locales de Seguridad, Comodidad y Convivencia en el Fútbol, en un término de treinta días a partir de la expedición del presente decreto.
