Adiciónese el ordinal xiv al numeral 3 del artículo 6° del Decreto Ley 4085 de 2011, modificado por los Decretos 915 de 2017 y 1698 de 2019, el cual quedará así: “(xiv) Coordinar y asumir la defensa jurídica del Estado ante la Corte Penal Internacional, en aquellos casos en los que sea necesario invocar el principio de complementariedad u otras causas y litigar esta cuestión ante la Corte Penal Internacional.”
