°. Cesación de Funciones del Consejo Profesional de Guías de Turismo. Dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente decreto el Consejo Profesional de Guías de Turismo cesará sus funciones y sus miembros harán entrega de los archivos y bases de datos al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo - dirección Calle 28 No. 13A-15 Piso 18, para que este continúe con la expedición de tarjetas profesionales y lleve la base de datos correspondiente a la información de los guías de turismo.

Decreto 1053 de 2020 · por medio del cual se reglamenta el guionaje turístico y su ejercicio, se sustituye la Sección 10 del Capítulo 4 del Título 4 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2, se modifica el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.7. y se deroga el artículo 1.1.3.7. del Decreto 1074 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo, y se adoptan otras disposiciones.
