El Jefe De La División De Reglamentación Y Registro Sindical Es Competente Para: 1

Decreto 1096 de 1991 · por el cual se asignan competencias a las dependencias del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.

El Jefe de la División de Reglamentación y Registro Sindical es competente para

Efectuar el registro de las personerías jurídicas y de las reformas estatutarias de las organizaciones sindicales.

Cancelar el registro sindical en los casos previstos por la ley.

Aprobar la liquidación de las organizaciones sindicales de acuerdo a las disposiciones legales.

Inscribir las juntas directivas de las organizaciones sindicales de 3º grado.

Las demás que le sean asignadas por ley o reglamento. SUBDIRECCION DE TRABAJO ASOCIATIVO E INFORMAL.
