Designación en Interinidad. Habrá lugar a la designación en interinidad: a) Cuando queda vacante un cargo y mientras se efectúa la designación en propiedad; b) Cuando no pueda proveerse una vacancia definitiva con persona que reúna los requisitos exigidos para su desempeño, caso en el cual la interinidad no podrá pasar de doce (12) meses; c) Cuando sale un servidor a Licencia, por enfermedad o no remunerada, por el tiempo que ella subsista, y d) Cuando se provea la vacante dejada por un servidor que ha pasado a desempeñar interinamente otro cargo.
