Durante los cuatrienios 2018-2022 y 2022-2026, la Comisión de Derechos Humanos y Audiencias, la Comisión de Ética y Estatuto del Congresista, la Comisión para la Equidad de la Mujer, tanto del Senado como de la Cámara de Representantes, la Comisión Legal de Cuentas y de Investigación y Acusación de la Cámara de Representantes, estarán compuestas por un (1) miembro adicional a lo establecido en la Ley 5ª de 1992.
