El Inspector general y los Directores de las Bandas serán nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo. Los músicos mayores y los profesores de música serán contratados por el Comandante General Divisionario, ó á falta de éste, por el Jefe del Cuerpo, previo el requisito de examen; y los aprendices serán elegidos por el Director de la Banda respectiva. CAPITULO VIII LICENCIAS ACCIDENTALES, TEMPORALES Y ABSOLUTAS DE LOS MIEMBROS DE LAS BANDAS.
