AUDITORIA INTERNA. Mientras la ley no disponga otra cosa, durante todo el término de duración del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, la Auditoría Interna del Banco de la República vigilará la correcta aplicación de los recursos del Fondo, el debido mantenimiento y utilización de los bienes del mismo y la observancia de la ley y de los Estatutos, sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponden a la Superintendencia Bancaria. Para tales efectos, el Banco de la República designará un delegado permanente de la Auditoría en el Fondo. CAPITULO VIII. PRERROGATIVAS Y LIMITACIONES DEL FONDO
