ATENUANTE DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR COLABORACION EFICAZ. Quien habiendo participado como autor, cómplice o auxiliador en la comisión de los delitos referidos en el presente Decreto, colabore eficazmente con las autoridades al esclarecimiento de los hechos y la determinación de la responsabilidad penal de quienes hubieren intervenido a cualquier título en su ejecución, se les reducirá la pena correspondiente hasta en las dos terceras partes. Si la colaboración fuere totalmente eficaz, el juez podrá ordenar la extinción de la acción penal o el perdón judicial.
