Cuando a juicio del Ministerio sea necesario comprobar sobre el terreno la veracidad del croquis acompañado a la propuesta, así lo dispondrá, siendo de cargo del proponente los gastos a que haya lugar. Si dentro de los treinta días siguientes a la notificación de la providencia en que el Ministerio ordene practicar la verificación no consignarse el interesado la suma necesaria para atender a los gastos que demande dicha diligencia, se considerará retirada la solicitud y se archivará el expediente. Si de la verificación sobre el terreno resultare que el croquis no corresponde a la realidad, se rechazará la propuesta.
