Modifícase el Decreto 1240 de 2003 en el sentido de que el Presidente de la República se trasladará a la Ciudad de Cuzco (República del Perú) entre los días 22 y 24 de mayo del año en curso, con el fin de asistir a la XVII Cumbre de Jefes de Estado del Grupo de Río; continuando los días 25 y 26 de mayo de 2003 a la ciudad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), a la Transmisión del Mando Presidencial del señor Néstor Kirchner.
