ARTICULO UNDECIMO

Las Partes Contratantes se comprometen a proteger plenamente en su territorio, los derechos e intereses de ciudadanos de la otra Parte, en lo que respecta a la propiedad intelectual y artística, siempre de acuerdo con los convenios internacionales de los cuales sean o lleguen a ser partes.
