Plantas especiales de beneficio de aves de corral . El Ministerio de la Protección Social establecerá los requisitos sanitarios para el funcionamiento de estas plantas, las cuales deberán cumplir con la normatividad ambiental vigente. En todo caso el Plan Gradual de Cumplimiento deberá estar implementado por las plantas especiales de beneficio de aves de corral a más tardar el 4 de mayo de 2012.
