Para la formación del Colegio Electoral que debe hacer la elección de Senadores, las Municipalidades de cada Departamento votarán por los tres Consejeros Electorales que á este correspondan, ajustándose á las reglas contenidas en el artículo 33 de la Ley 42 de 1905 , y dejarán constancia de dicha votación en una acta que será firmada por el Presidente y demás miembros de la corporación y autorizada por el respectivo Secretario.
