Art. 11. Las órdenes de pago que se hayan espedido con posterioridad al 1.° de setiembre de 1872, por intereses de renta nominal no provilejiada i por pensiones anteriores a dicha fecha, se pagarán en los términos en que lo dispone el artículo 2159 del Código Fiscal. De igual modo se pagarán las que en adelante se espidan por la misma causa. Queda en estos términos aclarado el citado artículo.
