La Comisión para la Coordinación y Seguimiento de los Procesos Electorales del orden nacional, departamental, distrital y municipal, tendrá como fin las actividades necesarias para asegurar y garantizar el normal desarrollo de los procesos electorales, el cumplimiento de las garantías electorales y la salvaguarda de los derechos y deberes de los partidos y movimientos políticos.
