Artí culo 1 º De la prohibición de faenas de pesca por contaminación del agua. El Ministerio de Salud determinará los lugares donde existan aguas contaminadas y prohibirá en ellas las faenas de pesca. Estas determinaciones se tomarán en coordinación con el Inderena y demás entidades competentes en esta área.
