Modifíquese el artículo 5.2.3.1.6 del Decreto 2555 de 201 O, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 5.2.3.1.6 Inscripciones en el libro de registro de accionistas o de tenedores. Los administradores de las sociedades emisoras o quien tenga la administración de su libro de registro de accionistas o de tenedores, se abstendrán de inscribir en dichos libros, los traspasos originados en operaciones celebradas sin la observancia de los requisitos señalados en este Título.".
