°. Empresas en funcionamiento . Las empresas públicas o privadas que a la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto estén funcionando, podrán continuar prestando el servicio, y tendrán un plazo de un (1) año contado a partir de la fecha de expedición de este acto administrativo, para que en este periodo presenten los documentos exigidos para tramitar la habilitación.
