º. Definición de las Casas de Justicia . Las Casas de Justicia son centros multiagenciales de información, orientación, referencia y prestación de servicios de resolución de conflictos, donde se aplican y ejecutan mecanismos de justicia formal y no formal. Con ellas se pretende acercar la justicia al ciudadano orientándolo sobre sus derechos, previniendo el delito, luchando contra la impunidad, facilitándole el uso de los servicios de justicia formal y promocionando la utilización de mecanismos alternativos de resolución de conflictos. Los servicios que se prestan en las Casas de Justicia serán gratuitos.
