ACTOS CONTRARIOS A LA DEFENSA DE LA NACION. El que en guerra, hostilidad o conflicto armado con nación extranjera realice acto que propicie la deserción o cualquier otro delito contra el servicio de las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional del país o dificulte la defensa del Estado, incurrirá en prisión de cinco (5) a quince (15) años.
